Delivery

• Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the payment confirmation.

• Deliveries are carried out by our contracted shipping companies.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the city and the shipping company’s workload.

Returns & Exchanges

• In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502), you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition with their original packaging.

• Once your return request is approved and the product is received by us, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the BUYER.
